If you purchase a product from our firm and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if all the following criteria are met:

- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- The product must be unopened and unused

- Must be in original packaging so its resellable

- The exterior of the package must be free from damage or marking of any kind

- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Some special order items that we procured for a specific application may not be refundable.
